Fudge-Topped Triple Chocolate Brownies
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup baking cocoa
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 12 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup pecans
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips (Hershey)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (Hershey)
- 1 12 cups sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips (Hershey)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or Dark Hershey)
- Preheat oven 400F.
- In a saucepan on medium high heat, melt butter.
- Remove from the heat and stir in cocoa.
- Set aside to cool.
- In a medium bowl, beat eggs, vanilla and sugars.
- Combine flour, baking soda/powder and salt in a separate bowl then gradually add to egg mixture.
- Stir in the cooled chocolate mixture; mix well.
- Place a teaspoon each in a greased 24 mini muffin tin.
- Bake for 8 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes and pop out with a toothpick.
- In a small sauce pan on medium heat, Blend sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips until chocolate is melted.
- Turn to heat minimum.
- With butter knife spread fudge on brownies and chill for an hour.
- Makes 96 brownies =).
