Oyster Shots

• 6 vodka glasses, chilled
• 6 raw oysters, bluepoints, shucked
• Sriacha sauce, to taste
• 1 tablespoon minced shallots
• 1 tablespoon finely minced lemon grass white part only
• 6 ounces Absolut Citron Vodka

1. In each of the vodka glasses add an oyster, sriacha sauce, some shallots and lemon grass.
2. Top off with vodka.
