Tex-Mex Cheeseburgers

  1. For each serving: Grill 1 beef patty on medium-high heat 5 min.
  2. on each side or until done (165 degrees F 74 degrees C).
  3. Top with 2 cheese slices.
  4. Spread bottom of 1 bun with 1 Tbsp.
  5. (15 mL) dressing.
  6. Fill bun with 1 lettuce leaf, 1 tomato slice, 1 cheeseburger, 1 oz.
  7. (30 g) avocados and 1 scallion.
