Barb's Kansas Chicken Recipe

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat butter in 10 inch skillet and saute/fry chicken breasts till golden brown on each side, about 12-14 min.
  3. Remove chicken to hot platter.
  4. Deglaze pan with wine and add in Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms, cheese and lowfat sour cream.
  5. Stir constantly till heated through.
  6. Don't boil.
  7. Serve sauce over chicken breasts.
