Sirloin Tip Roast Recipe
- 5 or 6 pound sirloin tip roast
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 c. dry red wine
- Lemon pepper
- Rosemary
- Salt
- Garlic pwdr
- Thyme
- Rub a roast with extra virgin olive oil.
- Rub lemon pepper, thyme, rosemary, salt and garlic powder to taste on roast.
- In a 350 degree oven, roast 20 min per lb..
