Peppered Pecans

  1. Heat oven to 325F.
  2. Spread pecans in a shallow baking pan.
  3. Toast in the oven 10 minutes.
  4. Add butter to pan, return pan to oven until butter melts.
  5. Stir to coat pecans.
  6. Beat egg white until foamy, beat in remaining ingredients.
  7. Pour over pecans.
  8. Bake 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  9. Cool.
  10. Store airtight.
