Ham Glaze Sauce Recipe

• 1 1/2 c. Karo corn syrup
• 3/4 c. brown sugar (firmly packed)
• 3 tbsp. mustard
• 3/4 teaspoon grnd ginger
• 2 tbsp. orange juice (Optional)

1. Stir corn syrup, brown sugar, mustard and ginger in a small saucepan.
2. Bring to boil for 5 min.
3. Brush 1/2 c. on ham.
4. To Make a sauce: Add in orange juice to remaining glaze.
