Glazed Brussels Sprouts Recipe
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. Brussels sprouts, cooked and liquid removed
- 1/2 c. finely minced onion in butter
- 1 bouillon cube, dissolved in 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. sauteed mushrooms (optional)
- Saute/fry onion in 2 tsp.
- butter till soft.
- Add in sprouts and bouillon, stir over heat till liquid evaporated.
- Serve immediately with pork or possibly fowl.
