Apple Raisin Bread Pudding Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Butter 11- by 7-inch glass baking dish.
  3. Whisk first 6 ingredients in large bowl to blend.
  4. Mix in bread, apple, and raisins.
  5. Pour batter into prepared dish.
  6. Bake pudding 30 min.
  7. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon.
  8. Bake pudding till top is golden brown and center is set, about 35 min longer.
  9. Spoon pudding into bowls.
  10. Top with vanilla ice cream and serve.
  11. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
