Picnic Party Potato Salad Recipe
- 2 1/2 lbs. potatoes
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1/4 c. Italian dressing
- 1/2 c. salad dressing
- 2 tbsp. mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 3 hard-boiled Large eggs
- 1/4 c. minced sweet pickle
- Cook potatoes.
- Cut to size.
- Add in onions and Italian dressing.
- Toss to cover and let refrigeratefor at least 1 hour.
- Combine salad dressing, mustard, and salt.
- Pour over potatoes.
- Toss to cold.
- Add in celery, egg, and pickle.
- Toss lightly.
- Mold, if you like.
