Picnic Party Potato Salad Recipe

• 2 1/2 lbs. potatoes
• 1/2 c. sliced green onions
• 1/4 c. Italian dressing
• 1/2 c. salad dressing
• 2 tbsp. mustard
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 c. sliced celery
• 3 hard-boiled Large eggs
• 1/4 c. minced sweet pickle

1. Cook potatoes.
2. Cut to size.
3. Add in onions and Italian dressing.
4. Toss to cover and let refrigeratefor at least 1 hour.
5. Combine salad dressing, mustard, and salt.
6. Pour over potatoes.
7. Toss to cold.
8. Add in celery, egg, and pickle.
9. Toss lightly.
10. Mold, if you like.
