Quick Red Beans & Rice

  1. Cook and stir green pepper and onion in butter in large skillet on medium heat until crisp-tender.
  2. Add broth, beans and hot pepper sauce; stir.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Stir in rice; cover.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Let stand 5 min.
  7. Fluff with fork.
