Ginormous Fruit Salad Surprise

  1. In a small bowl, combine orange juice, vinegar, and sugar.
  2. Stir until blended and set aside.
  3. Place cucumber, blueberries, strawberries, and apple in a large bowl.
  4. Top with the orange juice mixture and stir gently to coat.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight is best).
  6. Stir gently just before serving.
  7. Garnish with mint, if using.
  8. Enjoy!!
