Apple Chicken Salad

  1. For marinade, in small bowl combine apple juice concentrate, salad oil, soy sauce, vinegar and savory.
  2. Place chicken breast in plastic bag in a shallow dish. Pour marinade over chicken. Refrigerate about 4 hours, turning once.
  3. Remove meat, reserve marinade.
  4. Grill chicken for 20 to 25 minutes, or until tender, turning once.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Cut chicken into strips.
  7. Cover and chill 2 to 24 hours.
