Minty Marshmallow Hot Chocolate

• 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Chocolate Fat Free Instant Pudding
• 6 cups skim milk
• 1 tsp. mint extract
• 18 Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows, divided

1. Beat pudding mix, milk and extract in saucepan with whisk 2 min.
2. Bring just to simmer on medium heat, stirring frequently.
3. Pour into mugs.
4. Top with marshmallows.
