Kate's Crab Dip

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Add pepper to taste.
  3. This works best when the Neufchatel is very soft.
  4. Refrigerate a few hours or overnight for the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve with crackers of your choice.
