Healthy Italian-Style Meatballs

  1. Place all ingredients into a medium size bowl.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. (I prefer to mix this with my hands.

  5. Form into 1-1 1/4 inch balls.
  6. (These can really be made any size but for giant size you will need to adjust the cooking time.

  8. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until firm.
