My Ginger & Garlic Pork Tenderloin '

  1. Ingredient
  2. Heat up the oil in a wok/ frying pan, then add the onions and fry for a few secounds mix well then add the Tomatoes and stir
  3. Then add the ginger and garlic mix in and turn down the heat and simmer for 1 minute
  4. Next turn up the heat and add the cut up slices of pork.
  5. Then turn heat down and Cook for 5 minutes until all pork pieces are grey in colour.
  6. You may need to add a little extra oil.
  7. Add the Tomatoes and squeeze the lemon juice in and bring to the boil.
  8. Then crush the chicken stock into it and mix and turn heat down and stir cook for 5 mins on low.
  9. Add salt & pepper and mix in.
  10. Add the Soya sauce and stir in and then the green beans simmer for 2 minutes
  11. Lastly add the cornflour/starch mixed in a little cold water and stir in and serve while piping hot and thickened up.
  12. It all takes 10-15 mins to cook.
  13. Serve with Noodles or Rice.
