My Ginger & Garlic Pork Tenderloin '
- 2 tbsp veg oil
- 1 small Onion chopped small
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- 3 clove Garlic crushed
- 500 grams Pork Tenderloin
- 1/2 can Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dark Soya Sauce
- 1 Chicken stock cube
- 1 handfull of green beans
- 1 Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp heaped of cornflour/starch
- Ingredient
- Heat up the oil in a wok/ frying pan, then add the onions and fry for a few secounds mix well then add the Tomatoes and stir
- Then add the ginger and garlic mix in and turn down the heat and simmer for 1 minute
- Next turn up the heat and add the cut up slices of pork.
- Then turn heat down and Cook for 5 minutes until all pork pieces are grey in colour.
- You may need to add a little extra oil.
- Add the Tomatoes and squeeze the lemon juice in and bring to the boil.
- Then crush the chicken stock into it and mix and turn heat down and stir cook for 5 mins on low.
- Add salt & pepper and mix in.
- Add the Soya sauce and stir in and then the green beans simmer for 2 minutes
- Lastly add the cornflour/starch mixed in a little cold water and stir in and serve while piping hot and thickened up.
- It all takes 10-15 mins to cook.
- Serve with Noodles or Rice.
