Grilled Cuban Pork Chops
- 4 whole Bonless Pork Chops
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/4 cups Sour Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoons Chopped Lime Thyme
- 2 teaspoons Chopped Tarragon
- 1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Cumin, Plus More To Season Pork Chops
- 1 teaspoon Cocoa Chili Powder, Plus More To Season Pork Chops
- 8 slices Deli Baby Swiss
- 8 slices Deli Ham
- 4 slices Long Sandwich Sliced Dill Pickles
- Sprinkle all sides of chops with some chili powder and cumin; drizzle with oil to prevent sticking.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, lemon juice, thyme, tarragon, mustard, cumin, chili powders, salt and pepper to taste.
- Put chops on the grill, cook 4 minutes, and flip.
- Add a tablespoon of sauce, sliced cheese, ham, pickle, another slice of ham, and top with cheese.
- Grill until pork is fully cooked and cheese is melted.
- Spoon remaining sauce over top and enjoy!
- I served mine with grilled veggies sprinkled with the same seasoning.
