Buffalo Shrimp Recipe

  1. In a medium-sized pot heat vegetable oil to 350 degrees.
  2. In a shallow dish, toss shrimp in 2 c. of flour seasoned with salt, pepper, and cayenne to taste.
  3. Shake off the excess flour and fry till golden brown, about 3 min.
  4. While the shrimp are frying, combine soft butter and warm sauce in a large bowl.
  5. Toss the shrimp in the butter and warm sauce till they are well coated.
