Buffalo Shrimp Recipe
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 lb shrimp - (12 to 14 ct) peeled, deveined
- 2 c. flour Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste Cayenne pepper to taste
- 1 c. soft butter
- 1/2 c. warm sauce
- In a medium-sized pot heat vegetable oil to 350 degrees.
- In a shallow dish, toss shrimp in 2 c. of flour seasoned with salt, pepper, and cayenne to taste.
- Shake off the excess flour and fry till golden brown, about 3 min.
- While the shrimp are frying, combine soft butter and warm sauce in a large bowl.
- Toss the shrimp in the butter and warm sauce till they are well coated.
