Fruit nuts and Udon noodle breakfast
- 1 cup udon noodles
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup sake
- 1/4 cup pistachios nuts
- 1/3 cup whole cashew nuts
- 1/4 cup walnut pieces
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup dried cherries
- 1 1/3 oz raisins
- 1/2 cup dried figs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup chinese lovers plums pit removed
- 1/4 cup chinese dried peaches
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Add fruits to pan add water heat
- Add vinegar and noodles
- Add sake let reduce
- Add nuts stir in well and sesame oil
- Serve enjoy
