Traditional Sopa
- 7 oz package of la moderna
- 3 tbsp tomato bouillon with chicken
- Open package of la moderna (small pasta) add to pot and lightly put oil in it and fry to golden brown.
- Cover pasta with water just 1/2 inch over pasta.
- Put 3 tablespoons on bullion in pot and mix.
- Bring to boil and stir occasionally for it won't stick.
- Turn down to simmer.
- Simmer till pasta absorbs the water about 10minutes.
- Check made sure pasta is soft and take off heat and let cool and enjoy.
