Meatloaf

  1. Saute onions in butter and let cool.
  2. Combine cooled onions with remaining ingredients and mix well, using hands.
  3. Place mixture in large bread pan and cover tightly with foil wrap.
  4. Bake at 350 for 30 minute Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minute Drain liquid from pan, recover tightly, and let stand for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve with green tomato garnish.
