Western Bean and Veggie Burger Soup
- 1 pouch (1 cup) simulated ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 2 Tbsp. Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 can (12 oz /341 mL) whole kernel corn
- 1 can (19 oz / 540 mL) black beans
- 1 can chili-style stewed tomatoes
- 1 qt. (4 cups) water
- 1 tsp. salt
- Just follow our 2 simple steps
- Combine 1 pouch simulated ground beef, 1 chopped onion, 1 tsp.
- each minced garlic and salt, 1 Tbsp.
- ground cumin, 2 Tbsp.
- Bull's-Eye Original BBQ Sauce, 1 can (12 oz / 341 mL) drained whole kernel corn, 1 can (19 oz / 540 mL) drained and rinsed black beans, 1 can (19 oz / 540 mL) chili-style stewed tomatoes and 4 cups water in a large saucepan.
- Bring to boil over medium-high heat.
- Cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 - 20 minutes.
