Blackcat13 Mango Smoothie
- 150 g fresh mango, peeled and sliced
- 75 g bananas
- 50 g yogurt, non sweetened
- 100 ml milk
- 40 ml simple syrup (sugar-water, not needed if using ripe fruit!)
- 150 g crushed ice
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high speed for 15 to 20 seconds.
- Check smoothie to ensure it has consistancy and taste that you desire.
- Pour into a tall chilled glass and insert a wide-gauge straw.
- Take smoothie to a comfortable chair; sit back and enjoy.
- Ahhhhh -- mango.
