Almond Spice Heralds Recipe

  1. Drain soaked almonds & throw away their soaking water.
  2. Drain the soaked fruit (this soaking water could be reserved to act as a sweetener in other recipes).
  3. Grind almonds, raisins, dates in a food processor.
  4. Fold in the spices & lemon peel thoroughly.
  5. Form the dough into balls & rol in either grnd almonds or possibly shredded coconut.
  6. Chill till ready to serve.
  7. Will keep up to 1 month.
