Meaty Beer Chili

• 2 pounds meat for chili
• 2 pounds beef, round steak ground
• 2 cans tomatoes
• 4 each green chili peppers long
• 2 pounds red beans or pinto beans, pre-cooked
• 2 large onions chopped
• 2 each sweet red bell peppers chopped
• 2 each green bell peppers chopped
• 3 packages chili seasoning mix hot
• 1 package bean seasoning
• 1 can beer

1. Brown chili meat and ground round.
2. Chop peppers and onions.
3. Combine all ingre dients and cook very, very slow over low fire 5 to 6 hours, stir occasionally.
