Garlic Potatoes
- 4 medium roasting potatoes, cut into 2cm cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- salt
- Preheat oven to 200C
- Pour oil into roasting dish, and heat in oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven, stir garlic through oil.
- Add potatoes and toss, to coat potatoes.
- Roast for 40 minutes, or until golden and cooked through, shaking the pan occasionally to turn potatoes.
