Fresh Mini smackers

  1. Flatten bread into shape you prefer
  2. Splatter and smooth the sauce around the shape, make it thick and gloopy- 1 cm high
  3. Soak the cubed pepperoni in goat milk.
  4. Load on to your liking.
  5. Smear goat cheese on, then the regular cheese.
  6. Bake in oven at 350 oC for 15 mins
