Easter Jelly
- 4 cups grapefruit juice
- 5 cups sugar
- 1 (3 ounce) box pectin
- 2 tablespoons cherry Jell-O
- Combine juice, sugar and pectin.
- Cook.
- Skim jelly.
- Take out a cup and add Jello.
- Pour yellow jelly into bottom of hot sterile jars.
- Top with red mixture.
- Seal.
