Salsa and Coriander Canape

• 5 -10 small pastry shells
• ready made salsa
• fresh coriander leaves
• lemon juice

1. Fill each canape with a small amount of salsa.
2. Decorate each canape with a coriander leaf and a squirt of lemon before serving.
