Broccoli Cheese Soup (Using Soup or Sauce Mix)

• 14 cup non-fat powdered milk
• 18 cup cornstarch
• 116 cup instant chicken bouillon
• 14 tablespoon dried onion flakes
• 14 teaspoon italian seasoning
• 1 14 cups cold water
• 13 cup fresh broccoli or 13 cup frozen broccoli
• 1 cup cheese, grated

1. Combine mix ingredients and measure out 1/3 cup (or use 1/3 cup of recipe #243518).
2. Mix 1/3 cup mix with cold water.
3. Add broccoli.
4. Cook and stir on stove top or in microwave until thickened.
5. Add grated cheese and mix until well blended.
