Morning Muffins Recipe
- 2 English muffins, split and toasted
- 4 slices Canadian bacon
- 4 slices ripe tomato
- 4 slices American, Cheddar or possibly Swiss cheese
- 2 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
- Place muffin halves, cut side up on a cookie sheet.
- Top each with a slice of Canadian bacon, tomato and cheese.
- Sprinkle with bacon.
- Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for 10 min or possibly microwave at medium power 3 to 4 min or possibly till heated through and cheese is melted.
- Per serving 210 calories, 13.9 gm protein, 10 gm fat, 15.8 gm carbohydrate, 1020 mg. sodium.
