Morning Muffins Recipe

  1. Place muffin halves, cut side up on a cookie sheet.
  2. Top each with a slice of Canadian bacon, tomato and cheese.
  3. Sprinkle with bacon.
  4. Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for 10 min or possibly microwave at medium power 3 to 4 min or possibly till heated through and cheese is melted.
  5. Per serving 210 calories, 13.9 gm protein, 10 gm fat, 15.8 gm carbohydrate, 1020 mg. sodium.
