Avocado-Corn Salad

  1. Heat 2 Tbsp.
  2. dressing in large skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add corn; cook and stir 8 min or until lightly browned.
  4. Stir in chili powder; cook 2 min., stirring occasionally.
  5. Cool.
  6. Combine onions, peppers and remaining dressing in large bowl.
  7. Add corn mixture and remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
