Nuts About Bananas
- 6 -8 ounces milk (dairy substitute or water)
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder or 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
- 14 cup raw almonds or 14 cup pecans or 14 cup sunflower seeds or 14 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 ripe organic banana
- 1 pinch nutmeg or 1 pinch cinnamon
- Blend in all ingredients except whey protein on high setting.
- Mix or blend whey protein at low setting.
- Serve and enjoy!
