Cherry Hamburgers
- 16 ounces, weight Ground Beef, Lean
- 1/4 cups Cherries, Pitted, Chopped Small
- 3 Tablespoons Jalapenos, Pickled, Chopped Small
- 1/2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 dash Salt
- 4 whole English Muffins
- 4 Tablespoons Cherry Quick Jam Or Cherry Preserves (See My Recipe Box)
- 2 teaspoons Balsamic Glaze
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, add ground beef, cherries, jalapenos, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.
- Mix until combined.
- Divide into 4 equal portions and flatten out to a hamburger shape.
- Place burgers on grill.
- Cook for about 7-8 minutes on the first side, flip and cook for an additional 3 5 minutes.
- Serve hamburger on a English muffin and top with cherry quick jam and balsamic glaze.
