Chips Ahoy Cream Cake
- 150g NABISCO* Chips Ahoy! Cookies
- 1 cup cream, whipped with
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- Spread whipped cream over one side of the cookies.
- Join them together side by side on a plate and cover with cream.
- Refrigerate overnight or until cookies are soft.
- Decorate with chocolate shavings and serve.
- Variations: Dissolve 2 teaspoons of coffee in water or coffee flavoured liqueur, and stir through cream.
- Thinly slice strawberries and place in between biscuits.
