Cashew Marshmallow Butterscotch Chip Bars
- 1 roll (18 ounces) Pillsbury refrigerated chocolate chip cookies
- 1 cup crisp rice cereal
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped cashews
- Heat oven to 350F.
- In ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan, break up cookie dough.
- With floured fingers, press dough evenly in bottom of pan to form crust.
- Sprinkle with remaining ingredients; lightly press into dough.
- Bake 16 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool completely on wire rack, about 30 minutes.
