Cheese Pie

• 12 lb marshmallows
• 1 cup milk
• 11 ounces cream cheese
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 12 pint whipped cream
• 9 graham crackers

1. Melt marshmallows milk and cool.
2. Add cream cheese at room temperature and blend well.
3. Add lemon juice.
4. Fold in whipped cream.
5. Crust: Crushed graham crackers sprinkled on a buttered pan.
6. Chill.
