Farmer's Market Toss
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
- 4 cups torn romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 4 cups
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, cut up
- Mix sour cream and salad dressing mix.
- Refrigerate.
- Toss lettuce, vegetables and artichokes in large bowl.
- Top with sour cream mixture; toss until evenly coated.
- Variation: Prepare as directed, adding crumbled feta cheese, blue cheese or shredded Parmesan cheese; chopped fresh basil, cilantro or dill; or coarsely chopped toasted walnuts.
