Black Bean & Garlic Mac & Cheese

  1. For each serving: Prepare 1 pouch Macaroni & Cheese as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, heat 2 tsp.
  3. (10 mL) oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  4. Add 1/2 cup (125 mL) each bok choy and mushrooms, and 1/3 cup (75 mL) peppers; saute 2 to 4 min.
  5. or until crisp-tender.
  6. Stir in garlic sauce.
  7. Add macaroni & cheese; mix lightly.
  8. Cook 1 min.
  9. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  10. Spoon onto plate; sprinkle with 1/2 tsp.
  11. (2 mL) sesame seed.
