Hamburger Stroganoff

  1. In large skillet, cook and stir ground beef and onion in margarine until onion is tender.
  2. Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in soup; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in sour cream; heat through.
  6. Serve over noodles.
  7. Sprinkle with snipped parsley if desired.
