Cheesecake Banana Brulee
- 2 qt. PHILADELPHIA Cheesecake Batter
- 8 each large bananas, sliced
- 1/3 cup sugar
- For each serving: Spread 1/2 cup Cheesecake Batter onto bottom of 8-oz.
- oval rarebit or creme brulee dish.
- Top with an even layer of banana slices.
- Sprinkle evenly with 1 tsp.
- sugar.
- Ensure rim of the dish is clean.
- Brown the sugar with a torch or place under broiler until top is caramelized.
- Serve immediately.
