Cheesecake Banana Brulee

  1. For each serving: Spread 1/2 cup Cheesecake Batter onto bottom of 8-oz.
  2. oval rarebit or creme brulee dish.
  3. Top with an even layer of banana slices.
  4. Sprinkle evenly with 1 tsp.
  5. sugar.
  6. Ensure rim of the dish is clean.
  7. Brown the sugar with a torch or place under broiler until top is caramelized.
  8. Serve immediately.
