Foolproof Maple Oat Bread
- 1/2 tbsp. yeast
- 1-1/2 cup oats
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1/2 tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tbsp. dough enhancer (optional)
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 1 eggs
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1-5/8 cup warm water
- Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bread machine in order.
- Set Baking Control to 11 o'clock.
- Select Sweet Bread and push Start.
- In hot, humid or very cold weather, reduce water to 1-1/3 cups.
