Nif's Pasta Alle Pesto

  1. Boil pasta to al dente (slightly firm).
  2. Meanwhile, blend pesto ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  3. Thin pesto with up to 1/2 cup pasta water if necessary.
  4. Drain pasta and place in serving dish.
  5. Add pesto and toss.
  6. Serve immediately.
