Bloody Strawberry Gin and Tonic Recipe

• Ice
• 3 ounces London Dry gin
• 1/2 blood orange
• 1 large strawberry
• Tonic water

1. Fill a chilled Old Fashioned glass halfway with ice cubes and pour in the gin.
2. Squeeze the blood orange half into the glass.
3. Slice the strawberry thinly and drop the slices (reserving 1) into the glass before topping up with tonic.
4. Stir once or twice and garnish with a strawberry slice.
