Mom's Caesar Salad Dressing
- romaine lettuce
- salad dressing
- parmesan cheese
- crouton
- 34 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 eggs (I use egg beaters because of the raw egg "thing". It also lasts in the fridge for several days)
- 4 tablespoons oil (not olive. It is too distinctive)
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- Make paste of:.
- 3/4 t. lemon pepper.
- 2 t. salt.
- 2 cloves garlic - crushed.
- 2 eggs.
- Gently whisk into:.
- 4 T. oil.
- 2 T. vinegar.
