Brie and Canadian Bacon Quiche

  1. Place Canadian bacon slices, slightly overlapping, around the side and the bottom of a 9 inch deep-dish pie plate coated with cooking spray.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine eggs, mayonnaise, pepper, Parmesan cheese, Brie, and Italian herb seasonings.
  4. Pour into pie plate and bake at 375F (190C) F for 30 minutes.
  5. After 15 minutes of baking, place foil over bacon to protect from overcooking.
