Sweet & Sticky Chicken

  1. preheat oven to 375
  2. In a large skillet melt butter on medium high
  3. add the garlic & chicken wings
  4. cook about 2 to 3 mins per side
  5. Mix pineapple juice & cornstarch together
  6. Poor in a medium sauce pan & add the brown sugar, la choy sauce, & vinegar
  7. Bring to a boil.
  8. Boil for about 5 mins.
  9. Then add the pineapple chunks.
  10. place chicken in a baking dish, poor sauce mixer over the chicken.
  11. Cover with aluminum foil & bake for about an hr.
