Sweet & Sticky Chicken
- 20 oz pineapple chunks with juice
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup La Choy sweet and sour sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 lb chicken wings
- preheat oven to 375
- In a large skillet melt butter on medium high
- add the garlic & chicken wings
- cook about 2 to 3 mins per side
- Mix pineapple juice & cornstarch together
- Poor in a medium sauce pan & add the brown sugar, la choy sauce, & vinegar
- Bring to a boil.
- Boil for about 5 mins.
- Then add the pineapple chunks.
- place chicken in a baking dish, poor sauce mixer over the chicken.
- Cover with aluminum foil & bake for about an hr.
