Peaches in Red Wine
- 6 medium peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- of fresh mint
- Combine peaches, wine and sugar in a medium sized bowl.
- Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.
- Spoon into desert dishes and garnish with mint.
