Peaches in Red Wine

• 6 medium peaches, pitted and sliced
• 1 cup dry red wine
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• of fresh mint

1. Combine peaches, wine and sugar in a medium sized bowl.
2. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.
3. Spoon into desert dishes and garnish with mint.
