Carrot Coconut Bread

  1. Mix all wet ingredients and beat until everything is well incorporated.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients.
  3. Then add them to wet mixture a little at a time until everything is completely mix.
  4. Divide mixture equally and pour in two loaf pans.
  5. Bake between 55-60 minutes for 350F.
